Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information The Public Wellness Project collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. Last updated October 27, 2026.
Information We Collect
If you contact us by email or a form on this site, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
If you book a Clarity Call, booking happens on Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Calendly collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
How We Use It
We use your information to reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and provide coaching if you become a client. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and Advertising
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Both use cookies and similar technology and receive information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. They do not receive what you type into our contact form. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Coaching Clients
Clients use the Everfit app to log activity, habits and meals. Everfit processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy. We use it only to support your coaching.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].
Health Information
Please do not send sensitive medical information through this website. The Public Wellness Project provides health and well-being coaching, not medical care.
