Most people don’t need more information. They need traction.
My mission is to help people close the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it—consistently, sustainably, and in a way that fits their real life.
The Public Wellness Project exists because I’ve seen too many people stuck—not from a lack of effort, but from a lack of structure. They’re told what to change but not how to make it stick. They’re motivated but overwhelmed. They’re ready, but nothing around them supports forward motion.
I work with people who are ready to stop spinning and start building. Not through perfection or discipline, but through small, strategic wins that compound over time.
If you’ve ever felt like your goals are just out of reach—despite trying hard—this work is for you.
